Rates of service vary between providers. You can contact our office for more information about specific service fees.

Emily Tester, LPC and Katherine Kozar, LICSW operate as self-pay clinicians but are able to provide clients with a “super-bill” that clients can use to file for potential reimbursement with their insurance provider.

All other providers are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and ALL KIDS insurance plans and also accept self-pay clients.
